CYS is a node-based production platform that runs on top of your ERP and CRM. Your existing systems stay as they are; CYS synchronises with your ERP in both directions and tracks every process, from production and quality to sales and trade fairs, through to the result.

Can CYS monitor production live?
Yes. The Production & Capacity Monitoring module shows the capacity utilisation of machines and lines on a live monitoring view; utilisation rates are tracked in real time and bottlenecks become visible before they form.
Can customers and suppliers access CYS?
Yes. Through the CYS Stakeholder Portal, customers can open and track complaints and complete surveys, while suppliers securely access their self-assessment forms. The portal runs on a separate interface; its data layer stays fully in sync with the platform.
What security standards does CYS provide?
JWT-based authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), company-level data isolation (multi-tenant), end-to-end encrypted communication and comprehensive audit logs. Roles and permissions are managed from the Admin Panel.
Which modules should we start with?
The nodes you need. Each node works on its own; once connected to the platform it shares its data and workflows with the other nodes. New nodes are added over time while existing records, roles and permissions are preserved.
How is CYS deployed?
On a container-based deployment infrastructure through a Dev → Test → PreProd → Prod cycle. Bidirectional synchronisation with your ERP, accounting and corporate e-mail systems is configured, and third-party systems connect through the open API.
