2. Purpose of the Site
The Site presents the CYS Platform, its node modules and services, and accepts demo requests. Its content is informational and may be updated without prior notice.
3. Intellectual property
The CYS brand and logo, the phrase "Production Solution Node Modules" and all text, images, designs, software and other content on the Site belong to the Company or are used under licence, and are protected by Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and Law No. 6769 on Industrial Property. Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used in derivative works without the Company's written permission. Personal, non-commercial viewing and the ordinary indexing activity of search engines are excluded from this restriction.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Site you agree to refrain from interfering with its operation, from attempting to bypass its security measures, from bulk, automated or misleading form submissions, and from any conduct contrary to applicable law.
5. Demo requests and contact
Submitting the demo request form does not by itself create a contract; your request is evaluated by our sales team, who will contact you. Information on how your request is processed is provided in the Data Protection Notice.
6. Nature of the information
Availability, response-time and similar performance figures shown on the Site are the platform's target and typical values; binding service levels are defined separately in the customer agreement and its service-level schedule. Product features and module scope may vary by version and configuration.
7. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". The Company does not warrant that the Site will operate without interruption or error and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site.
8. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Their content and practices are the responsibility of the respective providers; a link does not imply endorsement.
9. Changes
The Company may update these terms at any time. The current terms take effect when published on this page with the date shown at the top.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices at the Company's registered seat have jurisdiction over any dispute.
