Privacy Policy
This policy explains which data we collect on cyserp.com (the "Site") and why, how we use cookies and third-party services, and how you can manage your preferences. Your rights under Turkish data protection law and the controller's details are set out in the Data Protection Notice.
1. Scope
The Site is a corporate website that presents the CYS Platform and accepts demo requests. This policy covers the Turkish and English versions of the Site; the CYS Platform itself (customer deployments and the Stakeholder Portal) is governed separately by customer agreements.
2. Data we collect
Data you provide
When you submit the demo request form, your first and last name, e-mail address, company name, message and, optionally, phone number are sent to us by e-mail, together with the node module of interest if you opened the form from a module.
Data collected automatically
On every request our server keeps standard access logs containing the IP address, request time, requested page, browser and operating system. When the form is submitted, Google reCAPTCHA v3 evaluates browser signals to verify that a human sent it.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
On your first visit we ask for your cookie preference. Analytics cookies are used only if you choose Accept. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the footer.

Google Analytics runs with Google Consent Mode: without your consent no cookies are set and only identifier-free technical signals for aggregate statistics are sent. With consent, Google truncates your IP address; Google Signals and advertising personalisation are switched off.

5. How we use data
We use the data we collect only to handle your demo request and contact you, to keep the Site secure and stable, to measure usage and improve content, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not build advertising profiles.
6. Security
The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher) and protected by HSTS. Form data travels over an encrypted connection; the e-mail infrastructure and servers are access-controlled. Only the authorised sales team can access demo requests.
7. External links
The Site links to third-party sites such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Google. Their privacy practices are the responsibility of the respective providers.
8. Children
The Site is intended for business users; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date shown at the top.
